I founded Gratisography in 2011 as a resource for people in need of pictures, for personal and commercial projects, that they could download and use completely free of charge and without attribution. The site grew in popularity, and now it has hundreds of thousands of visitors per month. My pictures have been downloaded over a million times and have been used in projects all around the world.
